How it stacks up, my honest take
My one-night stay was regrettable. The room was outdated, the kitchen facilities were non-existent, and numerous cleanliness issues were evident, from stained towels to distressing signs of pests. The ambiance felt unsafe with unruly guests around. This experience was far from comfortable or relaxing, leaving me determined never to return.

great access to museums and cafes for weekend city explorers
I appreciated the clean room and friendly staff. The easy walk to spots like the North Carolina Museum of History and Oak City Cafe made my stay really enjoyable as I explored Raleigh. although there were some issues with the shower curtain needing a refresh.

I had a great time with my friends! We went golfing and checked out local museums. The hotel had clean rooms and a friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable. It's conveniently located for exploring the area and has a nice atmosphere.
One downside was the breakfast options—very limited and not much variety.

The hotel had some redeeming qualities like a decent TV and comfortable shower, but cleanliness was lacking. Bugs were a significant concern, and the staff, while occasionally helpful, could be rude. Overall, not a place I'd recommend unless absolutely necessary.

Not so great experience
Yeah, this place was pretty rough. The room wasn't clean at all, and I got bitten by something in the bed. Wi-Fi? Forget about it. The pool had more leaves than water! Plus, I heard fights and screaming above me. Staff couldn't handle my complaints either. It's not a place I'll revisit, that's for sure.

Had to leave after feeling unsafe, but the internet was fast when I briefly checked in. The room was not what I expected from the photos, and it was a scary environment.

The air conditioner was broke, but at least they had free breakfast. they had some sort of food, but i wouldn't call it edible.
It was overpriced, but still acceptable for any place pretending to be a hotel.

This place was just an appropriate option for a two-day stay in Raleigh with very good value for money. The lobby was locked, but talking to the manager through a bulletproof window was quite memorable. Keep an eye on the security and surroundings when visiting at night.
